I am Yann Hoffmann, a PhD candidate with 4 years of experience in applied NLP and MLOps. I specialize in automating decision-making, optimizing R&D workflows, and designing scalable AI/ML systems. My background in ML research, entrepreneurship, and structured problem-solving helps organizations move from data chaos to actionable insights.

This site is a space where I showcase professional projects and develop ideas through writing. I spend a lot of time thinking about entrepreneurship, and, ever since reading The E-Myth, about the power of systems and how IT is simply the latest stage of automation.

The photo below is from the finish line of the ING marathon in 2023. I am proud of this moment because it taught me trust myself and reminds me of the power of habits and the importance of cultivating personal goals – the same mindset I want to bring to this blog.
